TechAmerica is a woman-owned business with vast experience in technological innovation.

We have created a “one stop shop” approach to providing technology solutions to the QSR industry. Since our inception in 2000 we have worked to build TechAmerica into the trusted technology resource it is today. National capability meets regional accessibility with our local technician teams in 10 major US cities. We live and work in your neighborhood and, because we only work for the QSR industry, we know your business inside and out.

TechAmerica has been serving franchisees of leading national QSR brands since 2000. Our professional and courteous technicians are experienced with all major brands of QSR POS equipment. We also service ISPs, CCUs, all COD brands, 3M and HME headset systems, as well as drive thru video and DVR surveillance, entertainment, games, background music, satellite TV and much more.

We strive to provide same day service, keep most parts in stock, and have a dispatch prioritization system to ensure minimal “store down” time. We provide depot repair service on a variety of equipment and offer maintenance contracts on all our product lines.

With technicians around the country, we can dispatch to any location in the contiguous 48 states. Our technician teams are experienced with work ranging from jobs as simple as installing credit card terminals to national system rollouts. Be it sales, installation, service, or development our first priority is to our customers.
